Question about Sony E 55-210mm f/4.5-6.3 OSS

In a hall it is rather dark and in handball you need a very fast shutter speed for sharp pictures in the telephoto range. This lens is completely unsuitable for this purpose (and the camera too). Either your pictures will all be underexposed or you will have to increase the ISO value and then they will be noisy from ISO 1600. Sure, you can "somehow" take pictures, but you won't have much fun with it. Unfortunately, Sony doesn't offer a really cheap alternative for the lens.
I am very satisfied with the lens for telephoto shots outdoors in bright light (e.g. in the zoo).

At the zoo I took pictures of little wild pigs jumping around at 210mm with my a6000 and they were all sharp and not blurred. However, I also had the sun behind me. When it's cloudy it still works, but when it's cloudy *and* early or late in the day, there's not enough light for fast movements. If you shoot handball indoors, hopefully the hall lighting is on, then it should work.
