I'm happy with it but I can't connect the headphones to the I-Pad. I-Phone works without any problems. Has anyone had the same experience?

The oE400 connects without any problems to my iPad mini2 with iOS 12.0.1. After Bluetooth is switched on on the iPad, press the middle button on the headphones for a few seconds until you hear the voice "Power On". But you have probably done that too. The procedure is exactly the same on the iPhone.
