If you order now, is the pre-order bonus included or is this only possible with an order from the Nintendo shop?

You can buy the game until 31/1/19 and link it to your My Nintendo account. It's an early-buyer bonus, so you don't even have to pre-order it.

Which pre-order bonus is meant exactly? Unfortunately, I don't know of any bonus for this Limited Edition.
