If I want to control the robot via app, how exactly do I have to proceed? I have downloaded the irobot app and IFTTT and they are linked. I was able to create a widget without any problems, but nothing works. So it can't be controlled via the app. What am I doing wrong or have I overlooked?
Okay, thanks for now. I'm not at home at the moment. It worked fine for the first few days. The robot carried out its orders, which I could check in the app.
But now the connectivity has somehow disappeared. And since I'm not near the Roomba, I don't think I can restore it for the time being.
On the iRobot app there is this big round button "Clean". Can I also use this without the IFTTT?
The IFTTT is used somewhat casually as a widget and for other specific shortcuts?
If I only want to give the robot a cleaning order via the app, I don't necessarily need the IFTTT, do I?

Thank you for your question, we would be happy to explain the procedure in more detail. To install the robot on the iRobot Home App, you will need the robot in its charger (with power) and the password for the existing Wi-Fi. Please make sure your mobile device is already connected to the wifi and enter the wifi password via the app when prompted. As soon as the robot has established a WiFi connection and can be controlled with the app, the link with IFTTT can take place.
