Exactly, with keyboard and pen. To your question: no idea. But maybe there is a film.
As far as I am aware, no matt display is available (see the Lenovo specifications sheet). However, The Corning Gorilla Glass 3 display is relaxing on the eye and, in my opinion, there is no need for a matt display.
