- Softphones (e.g. Jabra, Plantronics, Yealink USB phones) are used directly on the PC via USB and controlled via software such as Teams, Zoom or SIP clients.

- Headsets with USB & software - e.g. for Microsoft Teams, Cisco, etc.

No, it is not possible to share the Wi-Fi connection from the PC to the device simply via a cable. The phone supports the Wi-Fi connection directly, but it cannot use the PC's Wi-Fi connection via a cable as a traditional network connection share.

For a wireless connection, you need to configure Wi-Fi directly on the phone, or use an Ethernet connection if available.
