If I add the PXC-550 and the PC dongle BTD 800 ML, is the bundle technically completely identical to the "MB 660 UC" from Sennheiser?

No, not in my opinion. I own the PXC 550 and I wouldn't know that it has features like the hybrid adaptive Sennheiser NoiseGard™ ANC technology, SpeakFocus, Own Voice Detector, Windsafe or Room Experience.
