Question about Wahoo Elemnt Roam
If Africa is not included in the map coverage, can I still use the computer in South Africa or Morocco or will it not work there? Is it also possible to load maps of Africa on it?

It would certainly work. In the worst case, without maps. According to the WAHOO page, maps for Africa are included.
I just checked on my Roam:
Maps are available for all African countries and can be downloaded.
So, I have now looked up South Africa [239 MB] and Morocco [120 MB] 1:1 on my ELEMNT.
