I would like to watch TV via cable/adapter from the T5 to an old TV/Pioneer plasma with HDMI input. Thank you very much for your help.

I would not recommend connecting the device to the TV via cable. Huawei often has specially configured connectors, so it is often a matter of luck which cable works and which doesn't. This is the case, for example, with the USB c to jack plug.

I would rather work with screen mirroring.
