I would like to use this product to play white noise for my kids when they go to sleep. If I have the speaker connected to my phone to play the white noise track and receive a text, would that noise also come through the speaker?

Helpful answer

This depends more on your phone and it’s configuration than the particular speaker. Most often you hear every sound (incl the ring from the incoming SMS) on the speaker if it is not muted for notifications. In case you have bluetooth headphones or a car, where you can connect your phone, you can test it and the behaviour with this speaker should be comparable.

Usually, you will be hearing everything operated from the phone; you may check if you can disable that function from the phone or only stream a specific app.
