I would like to use this monitor for my laptop and my desktop PC and use the integrated USB hub for mouse, keyboard & headset (and LAN). I can connect my laptop via USB-C and that works fine, but my desktop PC does not have a USB-C port and only via DisplayPort the USB hub does not work. If I connect a bidirectional "DisplayPort <> USB-C" cable to the second USB-C port on the monitor, will the signal for the USB hub also be routed to the desktop? Or does it only work if I upgrade my desktop with a USB-C expansion card with DP Alt-Mode?
I can confirm Anonymous' statement. I was also unsure at first, but I have successfully put an analogue setting into operation as follows: Video signal via HDMI and the rest via USB-A of the desktop to USB-C of the monitor.

What works in any case is to lay a USB-A to USB-C cable to the monitor in addition to the DP cable. Hope that helps.
I hadn't even thought of that... but works perfectly with the USB-A from the desktop to the second USB-C at the monitor (in addition to the DP from the monitor - to the DP at the desktop). Many thanks for the help!
