I would like to use this mixer for karaoke or what can you recommend to connect it to my stereo system?

You can connect the mixer to the stereo system. However, you need a special audio cable. For the main output you would need XLR female plugs and for the stereo system you have to look at mostly cinch (red / white). Just enter "XLR-CABLE 2X CINCH-STECKER" in the search engine. At Digitec, unfortunately, you will only find male XLR plugs.
