Question about Bose SoundSport Free

I would like to use these headphones with a motorbike helmet. Has anyone been able to test it and if it is conclusive with an IPhone (talking and listening)

These headphones are quite large, so they stick out of your ears a lot. I think putting a motorbike helmet over them would not be very comfortable. Also, if you want to make a phone call with only one of the two earpieces active to limit latency.
