I would like to use the monitor with a MacBook Pro (Mid 2012). Which is the best input (in terms of good picture quality) into the monitor? I would then order the adapter from the Book to this input. Thanks

Hello Brimstone. I've had the monitor for a while now. The connection fits perfectly and super not to have to do everything with the magnifying glass on the 13' MacBook anymore. Definitely worth the money.

DisplayPort. A corresponding MiniDP to DP cable is even already included in the scope of delivery. An adapter is therefore not necessary (Thunderbolt 2 = MiniDP).
