I would like to replace the standard fans with models that are as quiet as possible. In the data sheet I find the specifications of 80mm for front and 9.2cm for CPU fans. Is there anything else that needs to be considered? Are the following Noctua FLX fans suitable?

As far as I can remember (sorry, I don't have access to the device at the moment, so I can't look it up - but I'd have to be very wrong), the barebone only has a 9.2 cm fan for the CPU and the case. Plus the small fan for the power supply. The case/CPU fan can easily be replaced. The following video shows the process: https://youtu.be/2N3tHb5MPnE 
The fans from the links probably won't work because they only have a 3-pin connector. I would recommend a 4-pin PWM fan. This will probably give you the best chance of success. The one in the video is probably an NF-A9 PWM, but one user had a problem with it...
