Question about ASUS GeForce TURBO GTX 1060 6G

I would like to replace my old 2 monitors with these: AOC 24V2Q 3X Bundle (24", 1920 x 1080 Pixels) However, since my GTX 1060 only has 2xDP and 2xHDMI my question is how will this affect the third monitor, which is accessed via HDMI? Will I have any disadvantages in terms of frequency and display?

Helpful answer
No, since the monitors are only connected with FullHD and 75Hz, there will be no problems. An older HDMI version could also display this without problems.
