I installed the unit about three weeks ago. I'm not 100 % sure, but the unit doesn't have an aerial connection for a house aerial. However, I am not aware that any car radio has a connection for the house aerial.
It is also questionable whether the device can be used for DAB+ reception. But I don't know enough about that. In the car, at least, part of the DAB+ antenna must be connected to the metal of the car body.
