I would like to have a binding confirmation from Galaxus via my email (specified in the customer account) that this specific product, for the price indicated, is NOT a return, NOT a warranty case, which is sold here in its original packaging and by Galaxus itself (i.e. not by a third party).
Otherwise I cannot consider a purchase. Would such an email be possible?
