Here you need an HDMI to USB-C adapter with an additional power delivery port that can supply the monitor with power. You will need something along these lines [HDMI to USB Type C converter](https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/21590787).
Make sure you have a suitable USB-A power supply to power the monitor and a USB-C to USB-C cable that supports video signals.
