I would like to buy this Samsung monitor, is the gaming PC "Medion Akoya P5306 J" with the graphics card "nVidia GeForce GTX 1070" a good choice?

Yes, the 1070 is perfectly adequate. Of course, it always depends on the games you play and the programmes you use. But the 1070 should be able to handle it easily. The monitor is a bit expensive if I were you, I would look around a bit more for a cheaper one.
