The keyboard will work 99% of the time without a special driver. However, you will not be able to set the keyboard backlight or possibly macros.

Search for the driver on a device that has internet. Download the driver and copy it to a USB stick, then connect the USB stick to the device without internet and install the driver from the USB stick.
