Question about MSI GeForce RTX 5080 SUPRIM SOC
I would like to buy this graphics card, but have now learnt that the RTX 5080 often burns out because the cables get too hot? What can you tell me about this? How would it be dealt with in such cases? Warranty? 1 to 1 exchange?
We are currently not aware of any cases of overheated cables with the RTX 5080. In the event of a warranty claim, the card will be checked after it has been sent in. Processing can take around 4-6 weeks from arrival at the service centre. Depending on the findings, the card will be repaired or replaced.
