Question about Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic

I would like to ask a general question about this set. I lost the USB dongle when I was züglen. My question: is it possible to adjust it? I have been using the keyboard for more than 2 years and am very satisfied with it. Can anyone provide me with information on this?
