I would have liked to know what the difference is, regarding the Samsung S21 FE, between the CH and the UE? I've seen that one is Android 11 and the other 12, but does this change as it is upgradeable?

When using the EU version, VoLTE, WiFi calling and Samsung Pay may not be available. This does not affect the updates.
