Depends on the use. I switched to Teams because I have many Meets in Team.
The Team version offers some features that the UC version does not. For example, you can jump into a meeting by pressing a button on the handset or open a team on your PC. Otherwise, both versions work excellently, even with a mobile phone.
I also own the MS model. MS Teams, Skype, Zoom, Webex, Android smartphone run flawlessly. It is very practical that you only have to swivel the microphone upwards to mute. This is especially practical for online university courses, as you always have to mute anyway, except when the lecturer takes your call.
