I was wondering if anyone could help me with the component selection. My budget would be 1000fr and my "wishes" for the PC would be this CPU (Ryzen 1600) a be quiet! power supply.

I would recommend you to wait, the GPU prices are way too high at the moment, but they should normalise again quite quickly (1-2 months). RAM and SSD will only become cheaper again in 2018.
