No, problem was not solved: this third party company (not digitec itself) sent a small 24" monitor, which is not exchanged for the paid goods - monitor 32". Beware of this company!

The screen was taken back and credited. However, Digitec wanted to clarify with the supplier what kind of solution he could offer. I have heard nothing more to date.

The incorrect delivery was cancelled by digitec and the amount paid was credited to me.
The supplier of this product, digitec's partner company, delivered the wrong product despite a clear order form. Be careful with this partner company!
Not yet solved. Galaxus is offering a credit - which I do not wish to accept based on the Consumer Protection Act, and I do insist on a replacement. Still ongoing...
