I wanted to ask if the Zotac GeForce GTX 1050 TI Mini works together with the Intel Core i5-2500?
The processors used in normal PCs basically do not care which GPU is connected. What must fit is the connection of the graphics card, i.e. PCI-E x16. This connection can be found on all commercially available mainboards. So the 99.9% that Schuhmacher writes about are already correct.
Salut.
As @Schuhmacher.m said, it depends on the mainboard whether the graphics card can be plugged in. Since the i5-2500 still runs on Sandybridge and is already a few years old, I think your question is related to whether your processor is too old or not.
If it's gaming you're after, you'll get around 60 frames at medium settings (depending on the game), which is probably as high as you can go. If you want to go higher, you would need a GTX 1060 or a newer processor. But if that's about your goal, then that's fine.
Greetings

The graphics card needs a PCI-E x16 connector, your mainboard should have this connector 99.9% of the time (not 100%, as you would need to know which MB the i5 is sitting on ;-)
