I want to mount this underneath the front panel so that the cold air from the outside flows through the radiator and scatters inside the case.

Would the hoses be long enough, or would the hoses reach up to the processor if I mounted it on the front and not above?

I have mounted the cooler at the very top of the enclosure. It works great. The hoses are not too long.
