Question about Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2

i used to have the sennheiser momentum (1) and changed to the momentum 2 last week. i use it (besides sports) mainly for watching tv (via the transmitter bt-t100 and there a double battery life is a must for series junkies. Unfortunately, i found out that the latency is considerably higher than with the previous model. it simply makes tv enjoyment impossible, the latency is simply too high. the sennheiser customer service then confirmed that the model also has aptX, but NOT the aptX-LL (low latency) like the previous model. I wonder what the developers were thinking. Can anyone recommend a suitable product (wireless ear plugs) or is the momentum 1 the only one with aptX-LL?
