Question about Apple SuperDrive
I think this design is mega cool. That's why I wanted to ask you if this drive can also be used for PCs.

Certainly not simply by plug & play as on Apple devices.
According to Apple support, you can also get the thing to run under Windows, but only if you install the right drivers.

I use the drive with various MacBooks and an iMac, which works great. For Windows I would rather look for better compatible drives. There are also some quite elegant offers here:

The same thing went through my mind as Léon_2002. Great design! Would look good next to a Microsoft Surface Book (unfortunately there is no external Surface drive...).
But I do wonder why a simple drive has to be installed in a "roundabout way" in order for it to run. It's just a drive...
