I successfully connected the screen yesterday. When working, however, it keeps going "black" (similar to a loose contact). The cables are well plugged in. What could be the reason for this?

Are you using audio via HDMI/Displayport cable? I already had problems with my television that the audio interfered with the picture. Maybe this is also the case with you. Try changing the cable and/or changing the audio source in the operating system (e.g. to headphones or deactivate).
