I see in the product description that it's would be classified as class 1. But the official datasheet available in Logitech website classifies it as a class 2 laser, which would be banned from use and import in Switzerland. Why is the description not matching the datasheet?

I was able to do a search and when I look at the manufacturer number "910-005843" at the manufacturer, I see that the classification of the laser is also Class 1 and not 2.
It may well be that the document on the support site has not been updated.
