I repeatedly receive calls from Swisscom (SIM cards from Swisscom) telling me that the watches are not 4G-capable and that as the 3G network will be switched off at the end of the year, I will no longer be able to make calls. The watches are clearly labelled as 4G and Swisscom continues to claim that, according to them, the watches are only 3G-capable. Could this be an adjustment? I actually assumed that a watch purchased in August 2025 should work. Can anyone help me here?
