Question about Jabra Evolve 65

I recently bought two Jabra Evolve 65 headsets for home office use. On various devices (business notebook with Win10 with dongle, Surface Go 2 with Win11 without dongle, smartphone) both headsets work perfectly and I am very satisfied. On my private Win11 PC (HP desktop), however, the headset only works when I sit directly in front of the device. As soon as I move more than 2m away from the device, the headset no longer works or you only hear choppy voices. The problem occurs regardless of the sound source. Whether UC via Skype, 3CX or similar, or simply Spotify... more than 2m away from the device and the quality decreases drastically.... I have already tried firmware updates and other Bluetooth slots.
