I recently bought a Xiaomi from Digitec. I have noticed that many people have complained to me so far that they hear an echo of their voice when they talk to me. Is it common what is happening with my new Xiaomi mi 10 lite 5g. I have really tried everything on the internet about it and until now this has never happened to me with other smartphones. Or should I exchange the phone at Digitec?

I have had this smartphone for many months and have never received comparable feedback. Three other members of my family have also bought this device - so far, they are all very satisfied.
