I received the Pioneer Rayz plus today and tried it out straight away. I noticed that the sound is too quiet for me personally, although I have already reached the top of the volume control. With my other in-ears, I can listen to my music on the same device much louder. Does anyone know how I can turn my music up a bit with the Rayz? Thank you in advance!

The problem has just been solved. I just hadn't put on the right size earplugs yet. Now everything fits and the music can be played sufficiently loud 👍🏼
