I received my Xiaomi Mi Pro 2 today and tested it straight away. Is it normal that there is no support from the electric motor in walking speed mode? I tried it several times, but the scooter just stopped rolling as soon as I kicked it off, even though I pressed the accelerator. The other two modes work perfectly.
In walking speed mode, the electric motor must of course also be running. Of course, as with the other modes, you have to reach 5 km/h before the throttle is activated, but you probably know that. In this respect, it sounds to me as if something is wrong.
In this mode, the maximum speed is 5 km/h....

The power and speed is limited in the walking speed mode. If you are heavy or going uphill easily, the walking pace mode is not useful. On Youtube you can find videos on how to adjust the 3 modes using special software and thus push your walking speed a bit and set the speed to over 20kmh.
