According to the description and the various reviews, the pen is not included. It reads as follows: The advanced touch display also supports high-precision input via the "Active Pen" input pen (sold separately). 

Ask again at Lenovo with the manufacturer number 80X60033MZ (this model). You may get a different answer each time.
