I previously had a sat nav where I got the most up to date traffic info with the 2G coverage. How is it now with this one? Will the data volume be used up abroad? What about wheels that are not covered by the mobile phone contract?

In this case, I would switch off the connection. The navigation system works fine even without pairing.

Yes, the data is fully charged to your mobile phone account! The 2G no longer works as of 31.12.2020!
