Question about Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World-Set
I pre-ordered extra early, 09.04. so that I get it on release and on the day of release I am told that it is delayed????!!!! I even asked for 2 days if everything was going well and was told no delay. What is this :(

Yup, got an email yesterday that it's delayed and updated today and now it says dispatch between today and 01.07. Why do you sell so many if you don't get enough?
Same here... had ordered directly on 04.04. Next time I won't consider pre-ordering from Galaxus if I can't rely on the dispatch. A pity really as I usually like to order here :(
I have now cancelled my ordered items here and will not place any more pre-orders here in the future and will limit myself to products already released here, not even the accessories have been sent. :( My money will now go to another supplier who will deliver the console tomorrow...
It's the same for me. I also pre-ordered on 9 April. I'm very disappointed, I actually quite liked Galaxus but pre-orders are not their strong point.
I pre-ordered them from Digitec and Interdiscount on 15 April and was able to pick them both up today :)
