I play on the PS5 and my gaming partners tell me that I constantly hear a disturbing hissing noise from the microphone? I've already tried to fix it via the microphone level, but haven't got any further. How can I switch it off?

You need to switch the headset off, remove the microphone from the headset and put it back on again. Be careful which way the microphone is pointing, there's a polariser.
