I play on the Playstation and the new Ps5 has 120Hz and the screen 144Hz but do I even get the 120Hz with the HDMI cable or am I stuck at 60Hz?

The monitor has HDMI 2.0. As far as I know, HDMI 2.0 allows resolutions up to 4K, but max. with 60Hz frequency. Only from HDMI 2.1 (for which I don't think there are any monitors yet, only TVs) can output up to 10K and up to 250Hz frequency. However, you should be able to achieve 120Hz with a display port cable or with a DVI dual cable... But I don't know whether the PS5 also has these connections.
