I ordered this for my Lenovo Yoga 910-13. Unfortunately, the display, which I connected using the product, flickers constantly. How can I fix this?

Does this adapter also transmit sound? I want to connect the Laptoo to the TV and with another USB-C-HDMI adapter no sound comes along (is not shown in Sound Control as a possible playback source).

I ordered this adapter for my iPad Pro11 so that I can connect it to the monitor. It works perfectly.
