I ordered the V650, installed everything and have already used it on my tours. Unfortunately, it suddenly no longer receives the signals from the H10. I tried everything, new batteries, reset the V650 to factory settings and decoupled the H10. Now I can no longer pair the V650 with my H10. Is there anything known about this?
In my case it was the case that I had registered the sensor on 2 devices (iPhone and V650). I simply had to remove the one on the iPhone.
The H10 is only switched on when you wear it on your body. Check whether the H10 is also found on your smartphone as a new BT device (do not pair). If not, moisten the contacts on the back of the strap a little.
