Question about Eizo EV2760

I ordered the product and am very satisfied. The only flaw: It only came with a power cable with a German plug, which does not fit into a Swiss socket. I therefore had to buy an adapter. Is this normal for a Swiss company or has there been a mistake?

Unfortunately, that can happen. I've already had this happen with a computer power supply. The best thing to do is to contact customer service by e-mail or phone. They sent me a new cable free of charge. They also told me that in such cases, 99.9% of the time you get a free adapter.
