I ordered the Prime and think it's great. However, it comes with a plug that doesn't fit into a Swiss socket. Galaxus said they were not aware of this and had never heard of it. The device was sent back. What is the likelihood that if I order it again it will have the wrong plug?

Now I can answer the question myself. It was. Egg of the first probably a production error with the plug. The new plug looks exactly the same, but fits into the socket...
