I ordered the head set 3 weeks ago. It works for me for 10 minutes and then not again. All the time I and my friends have Echo. Can I exchange it
I also have constant problems with the wireless version of the headset.
Try reinstalling Logitech software and drivers and manually updating the headset.
Can be exchanged within 30 days without any problems. Register the return on the Digitec account and describe the problem. Then the return note can be printed out and sent to Digitec with the item. So far, I have always received a replacement immediately.
Have you tried downloading the latest firmware? Maybe that will help.
