I ordered the device a fortnight ago and it said "available from 18.03.19", now it says "unknown" and the delivery status is "not available". When can I expect the device? Do you have any devices in stock?

The units have been ordered from the supplier but have not yet been delivered. No online dealer in Switzerland has received any units yet, which indicates delivery problems. As soon as they are in stock, you will see this under Availability.
