I am really sorry that your order did not arrive when you expected it to and that the delivery date had to be postponed. Especially with products that are on their way to us, we are dependent on information from our suppliers. We try to keep delivery times as realistic as possible, but delays within the logistics chain can never be ruled out one hundred per cent, especially for products that are in high demand. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
